During the 21 years of the Northwest Ballet Theater and Academy until its final

 

performance of 'Swan Lake in 2019, it's artists performed in front of thousands

 

of audience members each year in Whatcom and Skagit Counties and also in

 

over a dozen other theater venues across Washington from Seattle to Blaine.

In 2004, NBA dancers competed at the St. Petersburg Open Ballet Competition

 

in Russia and given the Award for Best Choreography and 2nd place finish in

 

the Senior Girl's Division and 6th place in the Girl's Junior Division. NBA

 

dancers also competed  and placed in the Top 12 or higher regionally each

 

year from 2015 to 2020 in the Youth America including a 1st place finish in the

Classical Boy's Senior Division in 2020.
